Swedish Kennel Club
The Swedish kennel club, is Sweden's largest organisation dedicated to dogs and dog owners. We represent the interests of our 300,000 members – first time dog owners, experienced breeders, hunters, dog lovers, puppy byers, exhibitors, agility competitors and many more. We promote the health and welfare of all dogs, and give support to our more than 14,000 active breeders. Our clubs also offer our members a wide variety of activities.
Swedish Sighthound Club
The Swedish Sighthound Club is a special club within SKK that has breed responsibility for group 10 (Sighthounds) and also some breeds in group 5. SvVK's task is to preserve and develop the specific characteristics of these breeds, and work for the development of practical use of these breeds.
PKLC - Lure Coursing Committee
PKLC is the organistation that coordinates Lure Coursing activity in Sweden. The composition is determined by the main board of the Swedish Sighthound Club.
Swedish Central Federation of Dog Racing Sports
SHCF or also called the association / association board, is a non-profit association that is united by active non-profit dog racing associations stationed throughout Sweden. The association is responsible for a good interaction between the active members, works for the development of both the dog and the human, protects good breeding and good animal welfare in the sport.
Swedish Whippet Club
The Swedish Whippet Club is a member organization of the special club SvVK/Swedish Sighthound Club. As such, the breed club must work for the common goals of Swedish Kennel Club and the member organizations with the breed(s) included in the breed club.breeds.
Whippet Race
The purpose of the Whippet Race is to meet with our dogs and have a good time in a convivial atmosphere forms of competition with racing on a straight track according to Whippet Race rules.
